Reading a Facebook discussion
about crazy weather reminded me of a saying learned in childhood. “Don’t like
the weather? Wait fifteen minutes.” And then I remembered an awesome video from
several years ago. This weather announcer really ran with it when the computer
went haywire showing area temperatures.
Check this out:
Would you stay so cool under
pressure?
I'll have to watch the video later, but the freeze frame has temps at sun temperatures. That must have been one hell of a computer glitch.
ReplyDeleteGood eye! I hope you get a chance to watch and enjoy a laugh. Thanks for commenting in the meantime, my dear. I enjoy reading your thoughts.
Deletehaha....nope, I would have lost my cool and laughed my rear off..and your saying, basically how we feel in TN about our weather. Almost 70 today, and at some point in the wee hours of the morning....all this is supposed to change! Might get that snow yet!
ReplyDeleteForecasters here say we could get in inch of snow. Or nine. What a joke. Hope you stay warm and safe, whatever tomorrow brings. ~hugs~ Be well!
DeleteThat is a true professional. I would have laughed hysterically and probably snorted which I do when I laugh too hard.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the confession. ~hugs~ I'm with you on that.
DeleteThat's too funny. Impressive how well he handled the situation. Hope you have a fantastic weekend, Darla :-)
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed it. And thanks! I like your post about the boat/camper crawl. Would adore meeting you.
DeleteI love this. I shared it with Bill, too. I actually love the Phoenix area, though most of my experience was with Mayo. But, Superstition Mtn is amazing! The weirdest weather I encountered out there was the dust storm. It went on for two days. It was surreal, almost spooky. HUGS, dear one.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you enjoyed it. I had to stop and think when you mentioned Mayo. Ha... I'm such a goof. Also lucky, though, in that I have little personal experience with clinics. Hugs to you, my dear.
