My husband and I watched a YouTube video featuring the aforementioned side dish. Yesterday I got around to making it. While not difficult it was time consuming. But the end result tastes wonderful! I’ll make this again sometime in the future. In the meantime we still have three whole potatoes since my husband and I split a single one.

Do you think you would enjoy this silky, savory treat? Have you ever heard of a potato ricer?

Bet those are really good, cool title too!
ReplyDeleteThe potatoes look good, and I am sure taste good. I've not heard of the potato ricer.
ReplyDeleteI'd have to see the recipe to know if I might enjoy it. Glad you did. They look good.
ReplyDeletenot to sure about that, however, a given in my family that everyone seemed to love was twice bake potatoes. This looks like more work than I am willing to give it.
ReplyDeleteI love twice baked potatoes and I'm guessing I would like these ever better. Worth the try.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day and week. Hugs. ♥
Hi Darla, I love ❤️ YouTube videos, I have been able to find so many helpful information 😊 including for my health.
ReplyDeleteThese potatoes look delicious.
I have heard of a potato ricer but haven't purchased or used one.
That looks delicious. I watched the video. I don't that cheese he grated for the custard.
ReplyDeleteThey do look delicious. I have a potato ricer, but I am too lazy to use it. About 25 years ago, my mom, niece and I took a class on making a lamb shaped out of butter for Easter and we all had to have a ricer to make the fur. XO
