Cinderella Potatoes

My husband and I watched a YouTube video featuring the aforementioned side dish. Yesterday I got around to making it. While not difficult it was time consuming. But the end result tastes wonderful! I’ll make this again sometime in the future. In the meantime we still have three whole potatoes since my husband and I split a single one.

I think the hollow skins look like edible canoes...

Do you think you would enjoy this silky, savory treat? Have you ever heard of a potato ricer?

  4. not to sure about that, however, a given in my family that everyone seemed to love was twice bake potatoes. This looks like more work than I am willing to give it.

  8. They do look delicious. I have a potato ricer, but I am too lazy to use it. About 25 years ago, my mom, niece and I took a class on making a lamb shaped out of butter for Easter and we all had to have a ricer to make the fur. XO
