Positive Sparks Monday – Words From Willie Nelson


To quote Annie of McGuffy’sReader, the bright spirited blog where she started Sparks Mondays, "I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!"

I’m really enjoying the website Brainy Quote. Today, like last Monday, I decided to go with a musician. Thank you for these wise words, Mr. Nelson.

    Learned years ago to let go of the neg thoughts....not to say they don't jump out every once in awhile but I always try to rein it back in.....Love the quote about lighting up the entire world....LOVE IT.

    Oh, I love Willie. I have read all of his books. He is an inspiration in many ways. While I do not always agree with him, I find him wonderful and wise in many things. Yes, I love Willie for the very reason you illustrate here. Thank you, Darla, "my dear". HUGS.

    Oh I so wish more people would adopt this life philosophy! I believe sincere positive thoughts and prayers would take care of so many problems in our world today.
