Pictures of Health

Today my partner and I hauled our two elderly cats to the veterinary clinic for their yearly check-ups. Both gained a little weight due to someone handing out wet food several times a day but, as my title indicates, are otherwise in great health. I’m ecstatic.

They were very happy to get back in their carriers afterward. Tilly goes right back to normal once home.

Jezebel takes a little more time to chill out. At home I immediately dumped my jacket on the bed so I could check the claw marks on my back and shoulder courtesy of pre-exam jitters. Jezzy was on it before I had the antibiotic ointment put away.

What?!
Who do you dread seeing more, physicians or dentists?

  3. HAHA....the dentist. I have great healthy teeth but there is this thing about someone having their fingers in my mouth and scraping around! Then again, the GYN is another one.....but like the dentist they both say, "open wide"....oops, bad joke! lol....glad the fur babes are healthy.

  5. Oh they are so beautiful, I must say and Jazzy looks so much like Harvest Drive wild kitten Twilight. She's finally getting a bit calmer and will be fixed tomorrow. I love your kitties!

  10. I so hate the dentist, and I fear our Princess Cookie Cat will in the coming week as she has to have at least one tooth out. Glad your two old ladies are doing well.
