Jezebel the Wise
Hello, cats and kittens. I’m back with another installment sharing my feline wisdom, however obvious the lesson. After all, any kitty worthy of her fur understands the fundamentals of sunbathing.
Not these interlopers, though. How Terra and Polly fail to understand the concept is beyond me.
Is it too generous of me to think they were trying to blend in with the shadows? That maybe they thought I couldn’t see them taking tips from the master? Either way I should just be glad they left me alone to bask in the heavenly warmth, huh?

ReplyDeleteYes, be happy Jez, for any moment of peace from the younguns and their hyper energy. A couple of my younger cats use my stomach as a trampolin when I'm trying to sleep. That's so not right.

DeleteYOU gave my mommy the best smile to start her day! She and I both enjoyed your post!!! Nah, not too generous (well...maybe...) they surely were trying to blend in and show you that all doesn't need to be post card clear and bright when taking pictures. A difference of opinion that mom has with one of her boys who is quite the photog! Terra and Polly know the value of capturing the essence in a scene...yes...that's it. The essence! Love you three beauties!

DeleteYou know, Jez, maybe you should be honored that they're trying to learn from the master? Just a thought. No matter, it sure looks like you've got the sun-soaking thing down pat. Dad chin-dribbled his java over the "Dim and Dimmer" thing, too.

DeleteOh my babes understand just how nice that warm blanket of sunshine can feel. You are soaking it up so nicely.....The other two, they are still young yet.
