I have liked long hair on
guys for as long as I can remember. Blame the eighties rock and roll scene if
you want. I still like the look if pulled off properly.

My brother wore his hair long throughout the '90s. Unfortunately, he didn't keep it up well. Now he keeps it shorter (although for a while he was shaving his head). As I've never had a SO, I haven't given it much thought beyond this.
ReplyDeleteWe have a friend who wore his very long until he went bald on top and started shaving his head. That can be a powerful look, too. That's interesting that you don't have a preference. Be well!
DeleteLike woman hair men also have there style also...I guess I will take note and see if anyone in our family reunion is wearing a man bun...and post at later date...Coffee is on
ReplyDeleteOoh, I look forward to your survey. ~grin~ Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI have liked long hair on guys since the late 60s. In the 70s, all the guys had long hair. Bill's was elbow length. I still think long hair is fine on guys, if it is masculine. No, to buns...even if they really do wear a helmet. Get a helmet that fits, guys. Just sayin'. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I'd like to see pictures of Bill from that era. Thanks for the chuckle. ~hugs~ I appreciate your visits.
DeleteJust say "no" to the man bun!
ReplyDeleteAh, gee. I'm sensing a trend here. Nice to find your comment, my dear. Be well!
DeleteI am old fashioned, I like it short. Plus I get jealous if a man has longer hair than mine :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the weigh in. ~snicker~ I know what you mean about jealousy. My shoulder length hair had to go, it got so fine it looked crappy long.
DeleteI like men any which way, long, short, don't care. I have been in love with a lot of long haired men, however, who have worn it well. Captain Picard's smooth skull is sexy too, however!I just don't like mullets.
ReplyDeleteNice, my dear. You are aligned with my way of thinking. Not a fan of mullets, exactly, I never really minded at the same time. In high school all the soccer players seemed to wear their hair that way and I had no complaint with those legs to look at.
DeleteLong hair on men is fine (hell, I had mine long through college, so I can't really judge), but I don't like man buns. Some top knots I have seen in Samurai movies are OK, though sometime I don't like how those look, either. I wouldn't disparage someone from wearing one, but I just think they look terrible.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate you for weighing in, Lucas, and for being tight lipped about other people's fashion sense. ~grin~ Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteAbsolutely long-hair fetish! Why, even my son grins at me when we see a guy with long unruly hair on TV! Hehehe yep - I'd def blame it on the 80s. Hugs! Now I blame YOU for making me drool at the images I am googling right away!
ReplyDeleteOoh, what fascinating insight into your mind, my dear. Thank you for sharing. ~hugs~ Sorry about distracting you.
DeleteI don't care. People should wear their hair the way they like. But. Some hairstyles look better on certain people and certain people can pull of some hairstyles better than others. Jim Morrison looked pretty good with long hair.
ReplyDeleteOne more reason to like you, my dear. And you have a way with understatement describing Jim Morrison that way. ~grin~ He looked godly in that one famous photo shoot. Be well!
