Must I Watch This? |
That's okay. I have determined that my clubbing days may be over but rhythm remains in this body and music still gives me joy. So why not turn pleassure into exercise?
As a bonus I managed to mask my camera moves with dance, capturing that effervescent cat in a rare still. That's a win in my book.
What gets you moving?

Ha ha! Just as well Jezebel can't see my moves - I have two left feet! ;)
ReplyDeleteI prefer your heart of gold over dancing feet. As a side note, have you ever seen a spoof on dog shows called "Best in Show"? Talk about two left feet! ~grin~ It's a hilarious comedic showcase. Best wishes!
DeleteNo, I haven't, Darla. Will look out for it.
DeleteJust be warned that the humor is absurdly over-the-top. ~grin~ If you get the chance to watch, I hope you enjoy it. Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara as a married couple are particularly endearing, I must add.
DeleteDon't worry. Your job on this earth is to embarrass your cat! I'm doing it all the time!
ReplyDeleteWell said! Thank you for the kind word.
DeleteThe disdain! Probably guilt because she isn't exercising. I am the same. When I see joggers, I look away. Good for you, dancing like that. I love music and it makes me want to move, too!
ReplyDeleteLet's keep moving, I say! On that note, I plan to go to the YMCA tomorrow morning for resistance training in my old workout clothes. A kind trainer tells me nobody cares how others look, but those trim athletes in trendy clothes definitely make ME look away in embarrassment. Best wishes!
DeleteDancing is great exercise yet doesn't feel like it. FIOS on demand used to have good videos to dance with but not anymore. I'm going to try you tube for some. At least at home I can dance like nobody is watching because nobody IS except my old dog and 2 cats!!!
ReplyDeleteGood for you. I hope you find some great videos!
