Thursday Thirteen - Thirteen Culinary Terms

I may have been hungry when this topic appeared in my head. Whatever the case, here are thirteen food related terms that double as nouns and verbs.

1. Cook

6. Rice (as in a potato ricer)

7. Pickle

8. Steam

9. Salt

10. Oil

  5. I've never heard "rice" used as a verb. I'll have to figure out a way to work that one into a sentence just to see the expression on others' faces when they think I'm being goofy. :)
